The hotel was not what I expected. First night - kids run riot till 4:00am in the hotel corridor. Rooms were not cleaned until you asked and even then it was half a day later after constant reminders. Room lock stopped working had to wait an hour and missed salat at mosque. Managmement staff of hotel are not capable of dealing with international clientele. The hotel should be rated as a 2-3 star, prob get a better hotel for the same price closer.
intenent was very bad they don't offer the real 4 star hotel
-Very small room. - Very small bed also. -Very small shower. -Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. -Very cheap soap inside the bathroom. - Things listed in the menu of room service are not available, there were 5 types of Juices in the menu, only orange juice was available. - they increased the price of the room to have my friend with me in the room, however neither Dar Al-Hijra Intercontinental nor Hilton Mecca did so, although the initial booking was for one adult.
The hotel presented a general feeling of cleanliness in an otherwise very crowded location.
Room service was not very good. We had to have the room made twice.
Friendly staff: Check Clean room: Check Value for money:Check Overall: The hotel is pretty close from the Masjid, easily walkable in 2-3 minutes. Very happy with choice and quality of stay.
Location was good ,hotel was clean and food was nice as well .
Room service was poor , rooms where a bit small , there where better options in Madina for this price
The location was good, just walking distance. Hospatality of the staff was good. Beds were comfortable.
They did not clean my room properly and their room rate was comparatively more than other hotels nearby in the same catagory which also offered free breakfast and internet service. They should consider free breakfast and internet which is a very common complementary facilities now a days. More English speaking staff, specially at the reception should be inducted.
nise location.good breakfast buffat reasenable price
very small room. bad noise asolation in coaridor.
Location is close to Haram which is very important in Madinah. The room was very clean and its size is ok for the purpose.
Room service: not professional as they forgot to put the floor towel. The lasagna I ordered from the kitchen came half frozen after half an hour. Internet was per hour. If you log out in less than an hour your hour is over. In the first night, workers were doing some work in the same floor and they were extremely noisy until late in the night.
Its very coveniently located.
Availability of parking slot
Basic standards, access to the hotel is problematic if driving on your own due to road works. Staff generally was not as useful as it should be. Breakfast quality was very very basic. Room was bit crumpled and tiny.
The hotel is well close to holy Mosque.Services and dealing is good.check in and checkout is easy. They have paid parking which should be free for customers.
The cleanliness of room was good and the staff were very much cooperative. It's near to Haram.
The rooms are very small. The entrace from the back side is a bit conjusted and crowded especially with the car to enter in the basement.
I was visiting AL Masjid Al Nabawi in Madinah
The photos on Booked.net do not really reflect the hotel. Rooms are too small and hotel is old.
neer to haram and on centr of almadeena
